The 13-inch Lenovo Yoga 720 (from $ 749.99, tested at $ 799.99) is an attractive convertible notebook with excellent features: an extremely comfortable keyboard, a battery that lasts all day and an intriguing sub- $ 1000. And since Lenovo was a pioneer in this category, it has a pedigree of the first order. The Yoga 720 wins an Editors’ Choice Award, primarily because of its featherweight and balance between features and price, but if you do not plan to wear it all the time, you must use its list of specifications to determine if it is a better buy than the excellent Dell Inspiron 13 7000 (7378).
Sounds good, if you like money
Slim edge, glossy screen
Goes all day, at night
It is no wonder that Lenovo compromises to keep the Yoga 720 comfortable, beautiful and affordable. If you are ready to specify advanced features such as a 4K screen and a Windows Hello-compatible webcam, you can purchase a convertible laptop that exceeds the build quality of much more expensive machines, such as the HP Specter x360 13 or the Lenovo. Yoga 920 $ 1,329.99 with Lenovo, although this is not the computer performance of the more conventional MacBook Pro. In addition, the Yoga 720 is much lighter than its direct competitor, the Dell Inspiron 13 7000. This means that it is a better choice for road workers who want to have some juice to watch videos in a room hotel hard to find outlets.
